A
H&P Q3-6 mo x 3 yrs, Q6-12 mo x 2 yrs, then annual
- Counsel signs & sx of recurrence
- Genetic counseling
- Monthly self exam
- Mammography Q 6-12
- Pelvic exam regular
- Routine blood, imaging and tumor markers NOT recommended
