Nothing- Upon presenting to the provider a written request and proof that records are needed to support an appeal regarding eligibility for a public benefit program. (Medi-Cal, Social Security, Supplemental Program for the Aged, Disability) you are not allowed to charge for records. No more than one copy per request.

250 words PER incorrect item. Must be attached to records when sent to third parties.
