Q

What are the steps for chromatography

A

First draw a horizontal line across the chromatography paper with a pencil and ruler 10 cm away from the bottom – then using the Capillary tube.5 different colours including one mixture across the pencil drawn line
– then fill the measuring cylinder with a solvent so that that it touches the paper but not the line with the samples on
– finely placed to come to every paper in the water and wait for the colour samples to rise and take results
