Obedient
Obedient” means willing to follow rules, orders, or instructions. It describes someone who respects authority and complies without resistance.
Examples:
• The obedient dog follows every command from its owner.
• She is an obedient student who always listens to her teacher.
• Soldiers are trained to be obedient to their commanders.
It is generally seen as a positive trait, but in some cases, it can imply a lack of independence or critical thinking.
