APPLE OF MY RYE (cocktail 2 requirement)
Lowball glass, large cube.
Build in glass beaker with ice:
1 oz Knob Creek Rye
1 oz Wander North Frontier Apple Jack
2 oz Apple Cider
3 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Stir thoroughly to chill, strain over large cube in glass.
Full apple slice in the glass for garnish.
LIFE & LOVE
Tall glass, regular ice. Build in glass:
1 ½ oz Tattersall Aquavit
1 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
Fill with equal parts:
Cranberry Juice
Fever Tree Lime Yuzu.
Mint Sprig garnish.
GREEN MOUNTAIN DYNAMITE
(cocktail 4 + with-purpose requirement)
Lowball glass. Build in shaker with regular ice:
1 ½ oz Absolut citron
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Maple syrup
3 dash Maple bitters
Pour with ice into glass. Add more ice if needed.
1 Dash of cayenne pepper and dried lemon wheel.
HERBAL REMEDIES
Lowball glass. Build in shaker with regular ice:
1 ½ oz Absolut citron
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Maple syrup
3 dash Maple bitters
Pour with ice into glass. Add more ice if needed.
1 Dash of cayenne pepper and dried lemon wheel.
PRAIRIE SPRITZ
Regular Wine glass NO ICE.
Chill with ice in shaker & strain:
1 oz Prairie Vodka
1/2 oz Vikre Herbal Liqueur
1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Add 3 oz Prosecco SLOWLY.
Grapefruit basil ice cube (place carefully) & rosemary sprig.
REJUVENATION CUP (with-purpose requirement)
Tall glass, regular ice. Build in cocktail shaker:
1 oz Bols Genever
1/2 oz Pimm’s No. 1
1/2 oz Red Grape juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Shake to chill, strain over cubed ice.
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
Cucumber slice and Lemon wedge garnish.
RUSTIC NAIL (cocktail 1 requirement)
Coupe glass, chill in shaker, then strain:
2 oz Dewar’s Scotch
1 oz Drambuie
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Express lemon peel garnish.
SPICE MARKET (cocktail 3 + with-purpose requirement)
Lowball glass, large cube. Build in glass beaker with ice:
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/2 oz Garam masala syrup
3 dash Blackstrap bitters
Stir thoroughly to chill, strain over large cube in glass.
Express orange peel garnish.
SPICED SANGRIA
Large Burgundy wine glass with 2 squeezed orange slices.
In a shaker, chill & froth ingredients thoroughly with ice.
1 oz Far North Ålander Spiced Rum
2 oz Columbia Crest Cabernet.
1 oz Apple Cider
1 oz Cranberry Juice
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Pour with ice into glass.
Cinnamon stick & orange flower garnish.
TROPICAL HEAT (cocktail 6 requirement)
Lowball glass, Honey Sriracha Salt rim.
In a shaker, chill & froth ingredients thoroughly with ice.
1 ½ oz Casamigos Añejo
1/2 oz Tattersall lime crema
1 oz Jalapeno syrup
1 oz Lime juice
Pour with ice into glass. Add more ice if needed.
Pineapple frond and fresh lime wedge garnish.
