Tasting notes: tart grape juice, earth, smoke, rustic, bold, very funky

La Preara Frizzante Sparkling White
Grapes: Garganega
Tasting notes: crisp pear, slight funk, lightly bubbling
Origin: Veneto, IT
Frizzante is the italian indicator for ‘light bubbles’ on a wine label. This is why it is more gentle than most sparkling wines.
Max Notes: Definitely light bubbles. Kind of sweet, acidic, fruity, drinkable, not my favorite. 5/10
Alessandro Viola ‘Note di bianco’ White
Grapes: Grillo
Tasting notes: dry, crisp, white floral, lemon
Origin: Sicily, IT
Max Notes: Dry, crisp, acidic, 4/10
Cantina Giardino ‘Glu Glu’ Orange
Grapes: Coda di Volpa
Tasting notes: Compared to the previous orange, this one is brighter, softer, and more citrus forward. Great for hot nights. Same winemaker and wine region as FxF

Tasting notes: dark fruit, spice, silky smooth yet clean

juicy

Sparkling rosé is always great for summer, and this particular one isn’t extremely sweet but more refreshing. It does have a softness to it that may seem like sweetness, but it’s pretty balanced with fruit and acid.
