Squamous Odontogenic Tumor- RL triangle, can have multiples,11-67 not corticated- pain

Acdc solo

A

Ameloblastoma- Ave 33, 85% post mand, multi with septa, aggressive

Central Odontogenic Fibroma- female, ave 40 or kids, ant max 60, post mand 40, expansile 12%w/flecks of RO

CGCG- balloon cross midline ant- females, under 30 usually

Dentigerous Cyst- RL around impacted tooth(3rds), cort, expansive, 20-30, do it all, common 20% of odonto cysts

Lateral Radicular Cyst- not vital

Odontogenic Myxoma- 23-30 no over 50 under 10, aggressive multiloc, mottled RL, septa, cort,

OKC/OOC- do it all grow ant post, post mandible males 10-40

Squamous Odontogenic Tumor- RL triangle, can have multiples,11-67 not corticated- pain

AAA U C MOST

A

Adenomatoid Odontogenic- female, ant, max 10-19, can be around impacted tooth

Ameloblastic Fibroma- under age 20, uni or multi can expand slowly, mand molar area

ABC/Aneurysmal Bone Cyst- slight female, mand, ballooning RL or honeycomb with wispy septa under 20

CGCG- balloon cross midline ant- females

Mandibular Buccal Cyst

OKC- do it all grow ant post, post mandible males 10-40

Squamous Odontogenic Tumor- RL triangle, can have multiples,11-67 not corticated-pain

Traumatic Bone Cyst- 10-20, post mand or ant

Unicystic Ameloblastoma- 10-20, 90 post mand, expansive, sometimes around impacted tooth

CCOT/COC/Calcifying Cystic Odontogenic Tumor- ave 33, 2nd 3rd decade, ant, mand or max, flecks or masses of RO can expand and resorb, 50% around impacted

COF, Central Ossifying/Cementifying Fibroma- females, ave 35, expansive, 3 stages RL, RL w Ro and then RO w/ RL rim

Desmoplastic Ameloblastoma-ant max and mand mixed or RL easy to mistake for something else like SOT, 30-60

Osteomyelitis- apex, mixed, sclerotic, can be everywhere(adult females???) or just one place any age- inflammatory

Osteosclerosis, Condensing Osteitis- All RO multi or single

Metastatic

Periapical Cemental Dysplasia- females black ant mand, vital, RL, then flecks RO the RO ball with RL rim

Pagets

Chondroma- condyle of midline maxilla irregular or mottled RO/RL- rare any age

Chondrosarcoma- older ave 60s, males, mixed snowflake or punctate or RL, expansile

Hyperparathyroidism- middle age female, leach Ca, or brown tumor(looks like CGCG), ant max and post mand

Osteomyelitis- apex, mixed, sclerotic, can be everywhere or just one place any age- inflammatory

Osteosarcoma- RL, mixed or RO, sunburst, males

Desmoplastic Ameloblastoma-ant max and mand mixed or RL easy to mistake for something else like SOT, 30-60
