Damaged supraspinatus tendon (rotator cuff tear) , frozen shoulder (longer term condition)
Dry eyes, mouth and skin, +ve schrimer’s test
Sjogren’s syndrome (with infiltration) - often with RA
Dry eyes, mouth, vagina and bronchitis
Sicca syndrome (no infiltration) - no signs of arthritis
