what are some of the problems that can be faced by if the HR department does not do their work
- recruitment would not happen or will not happen well and costs would be higher
- more time would be spend on dealing with personnel problems rather than achieving business goals
- lower morale and high back lash from existing employees who experience continual change which means that employees are more reserved and less productive
- lower levels of labour productivity, profits and competitiveness
- reputation of the company would be spoiled since the employees would be complaining and not doing their work well
