Business Canvas
a business model broke down into 9 building blocks to visualize and assess the value, foundation, and plans of the business or organization
Customer Segment
the type of customers you serve your solution (product/service) for based on their area, age, gender, interests, behavior, etc.
Value Proposition
the products/service you offer to solve a consumer’s problem; the “heart” of the business
Channels
where and how the customers can access your product/service and communicate with you to be able to deliver value to customers (e.g. kiosks, supermarkets)
Customer Relationships
the relationships you establish with your customers and how you will maintain it (e.g. national ads, loyalty cards, discounts)
Revenue Streams
any form/source of company income, the sum of all company sales (free or not)
Key Resources
resources you need to carry out the key activities to create and run your business (e.g. store location, staff)
Key Activities
tasks to fulfill the business purpose; mostly categorized in production, problem-solving, and platform/network (e.g. ad campaigns, recipes)
Key Partnerships
external companies or suppliers that help carry out key activities; you reduce risks and acquire additional resources (e.g. farms, manufacturers)
Cost Structure
the cost of creating and delivering business value, revenue streams, and maintaining customer relationships (e.g. staffs’ salaries, delivery fees, ad campaign costs)
