What is Sprint Planning?
Cadence: Once a sprint on the first day of the sprint.
Purpose: Team takes the responsibility for the work it will deliver in the sprint.
What is Daily Stand Up?
Cadence: Daily (15 minutes)
Progress: Track progress and highlight blockers.
What is Sprint Review/Demo?
Cadence: Once a sprint on last day.
Purpose: Team reviews the work completed with business or internally.
What is Sprint Retrospective
Cadence: Once a sprint on last day
Purpose: Team discuss lessons learned during sprint.
What is backlog refinement/grooming?
Cadence: Couple of times during the sprint
Purpose: Team meets to refine and estimate the user stories in product backlog.

What are the Ceremonies?
Scrum is framework that falls under agile methodologies. It has 5 ceremonies. Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog refinement.
What are the roles on a project team (Waterfall)?
The roles are Project manager, Business Analyst, QA, Developers, & Business SME.
What is the role of a Project Manager, what Artifacts/Responsibilities do they have, and how many would you have on a team?
The artifacts/responsibilities include Project Plans, Project Charters, Reports, Risk log, and facilitating meetings. There is typically one Project Manager on a team.
What is the role of a Business Analyst, what Artifacts/Responsibilities do they have, and how many would you have on a team?
The artifacts/responsibilities include BRDs, FRDs, UATs, Defect logs and facilitating meetings as well. You typically have one on a team.
What is the role of QA? What artifacts/responsibilities do they have? How many would you have on a team?
Q/A artifacts/responsibilities include Test cases, Test plan, and defect logs. There are 1 to 2 on a team.
What is the role of a Developer? What artifacts/responsibilities do they have and how many would you have on a team?
Developers artifacts/responsibilities include Coding, and product development. There are 2 to 5 on a team.
What is the role of Business Subject Matter Experts?
Business SME give the requirements. There is usually 1 lead, and maybe some additional people.
What is a business requirement? What is a BRD? What is a functional business requirement? What is an FRD?
A requirement is given by Business SME to the project manager and considered a high-level business need.
