Tech debt vs Toil

TechDebt is more closer to the development and release phase of the product(s) and/or service(s), whereas Toil is more closer to the day to day operations of the product(s) and/or service(s). To be precise TechDebt is the cause and Toil is the effect or symptom in production operations.
