Coteaux Bourguignon AOC - Replacing Bourgogne Grande Ordinaire AOC is a regional appellation for any red, white, and rosé
Bourgogne Gamay AOC - For any wines containing >30% Gamay. These grapes may only be sourced from the 10 cru of Beaujolais

It is North of Tonnerre across the Armançon River, producing dry whites, reds, and rosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Where is Vézelay AOC and what does it produce?
Located in the Auxerre region, on both sides of the Cure River.
Chardonnay is produced with a similar characteristics of Chablis with less finesse.
