Rehab shall be established whenever an emergency
An emergency, planned incident, or training exercises poses a risk to the health and safety of FEMS members working at the scene. Also, large-scale incidents, long-durations, physical demanding incidents, and extreme temps.

After using one full 60 min SCBA cylinder or the equivalent or after completing a work cycle of 40 minutes of intense physical exertion with or SCBA. Members using one full 45 min cylinder may be redeployed using a 4t min cylinder before being required to report to rehab. Shorter times shall be considered during extreme weather conditions or periods of extreme physical exertion under the discretion of the IC.
