False questions can not be marked as recommended in item control. They must be marked as advised in the question record and the requirements for question field in the profile set to recommend advise only to make them recommended
Conversely if you do not mark the question as advised but the requirement for questions field in the profile is set to “recommend advised and recommend others” the question when it appears in the order composer also gets a yellow yield sign next to it.
