How can wind cause damage to a building?
A
Wind combined with a form of precipitation can cause higher levels of erosion when hitting a building. Vortices can also cause lifting of materials such as tiles or slates, forcing water upwards, allowing unexpected water ingress

Thermal movement, moisture absorption, material ageing, settlement, different facing materials and/or solar orientation of the elevation.
