Test account information (information of the account used to test/ that discovered the bug)
Logs, console logs, or error messages
Components and features affected by the bug
Dev branch or application version affected
Images/screen recordings

Steps to take before reporting

Try to id root cause
Try to reproduce
Create steps to reproduce
Collect as much info as possible
Reproduce in different environments
Identify genesis of bug
Search to make sure bug wasn’t already reported
Verify that it is actually a bug
