Anicca - Impermanence
Anatta - Insubstantiality
Definition of Anatta
Denial of a soul
Translated as no self
Buddhists believe in Rebirth (Not reincarnation)
What are the different types of Dukkha?
Dukkha-dukkha - Suffering such as pain or a directly unpleasant experience
Viparinama-dukkha - Frustration that pleasant experiences are impermanent (Disappointment)
Sankhara-dukkha - Life seems meaningless as it doesn’t quite fill our expectations
What are the Five Skandhas? (And their meanings)
