- Right Speech - No lying, gossip, harsh language
- Right Action - No violence, killing, stealing, illicit sex
- Right Livelihood - Causing no harm to any living thing
- Right Effort - Avoid, overcome, develop, and maintain
- Right Mindfulness - Be fully conscious of one’s actions
- Right Concentration - to fixate on a single subject
