What is the story of Buddha
Buddha was Born a prince and was kept away from suffering by his father. His father had been warned that if Buddha saw the 4 signs of suffering (death, sickness, age and a monk) he would become a wandering holly man. When Buddha was older he wondered what was outside the palace doors and went outside. To his astonishment he saw all the signs of suffering and tried to find the solution to suffering and became a holly man. He shaved his head and fasted with the monks for 6 years until he realized the must be a middle path to life. He then meditates under a badi tree and broke his cycle of rencarnation because he had found enlightenment.

The cause of suffering is desire and attachment

Desire and attachment can be overcome
The forth Nobel truth
The way to overcome desire and attachment is to fallow the eightfold path
Nirvana
Seeing the 4 sights
Enlightenment
Having spiritual gideance/knowledge and frees someone from the cycle of rebirth
