A
- Speak out with an organisation, following “Right Speech” in the eightfold path
- Choose to not sell intoxicating products eg cigarettes. Follows “Right Job” in the eightfold path
- Walk instead of using a car because it pollutes the air
- Being vegetarian follows one of the 5 moral precepts “Do not kill”. This promotes metta and avoids karma.
