List 4 buddhist approaches to the environment

A
  1. Speak out with an organisation, following “Right Speech” in the eightfold path
  2. Choose to not sell intoxicating products eg cigarettes. Follows “Right Job” in the eightfold path
  3. Walk instead of using a car because it pollutes the air
  4. Being vegetarian follows one of the 5 moral precepts “Do not kill”. This promotes metta and avoids karma.
