Two “Cumberland” sausage wrapped boiled eggs that have been panko breaded and fried. Served over watercress salad. (?) is added on bottom to inhibit sliding.
Lobster Sliders
Lobster tossed with a dill aioli on a toasted brioche roll. Served with house made coleslaw
English Sausage Roll
“Cumberland” Sausage, grilled onion, Havarti cheese wrapped in a flaky puff pastry
