Egg mix (contains dairy) filled with sautéed spinach, hen of the woods, and gruyere. With marble potatoes and frisée salad in white balsamic vinaigrette.
Benedict
Benedict, crab, tarragon, and hollandaise.
English muffin topped with poached egg. Topped with crab salad (peekytoe crab, chive, sorrel, lemon). Hollandaise (butter, lemon, egg, egg yolk, white wine).
Served with fennel, frisée, parsley salad.
Flatbread
Flatbread, roasted bacon, potato, and mustard.
Mustard greens with white balsamic vinaigrette
Poached short rib hash
Poached short rib hash, shallot marmalade, roasted potatoes.
Beef chuck marinated 48 hours, cooked 40 hours, sliced and seated. Grated potatoes, maitake mushrooms, bordelaise sauce (bone marrow, beef stock, red wine, chicken jus). Pickled shallots. Frisée salad.
Sandwich
Sandwich, house made English muffin, duck sausage, and cheddar.
Sausage patty (contains pork, duck, sage, garlic) egg mixture (contains dairy) and cheddar. Frisée salad and confit marble potatoes.
Granola
Granola, oats, raisins, almonds, berries, and yogurt.
Oats, coconut chips, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, light brown sugar, maple, evoo.
Cow’s milk yogurt.
Blackberry, blueberry, raspberry.
French toast
French toast, maple glazed bananas, and walnuts.
Brioche. Bread pudding custard (milk, eggs, vanilla, salt).
Bananas, brown butter, maple syrup.
Salmon
Salmon smoked with capers, radishes, and cucumbers.
Pickled veg (red and white pearl onion, carrot, radish). Everything crumble (poppy, sesame, fried garlic, fried shallot).
Chicken Sandwich
Chicken Sandwhich, brioche, black truffle, foie gras.
Sous vide chicken breast. Foie gras spread (mushroom, black truffle, salt, chive, rosemary, lemon).
Bitter green salad, white balsamic vinaigrette.
Hamburger
Hamburger dry aged with cheddar, red onion and pickles.
Dry aged and regular chick, bone marrow and suet. Pickled red onion seared. Cheddar. Cheddar chive bun. Burger sauce (ketchup, mayo, Dijon, cornichon).
Picked fennel, carrot, cucumber.
