A

12 associated genes - cardiac sodium and calcium channels

Autosomal dominant inheritance pattern

8x more likely in males

A

Fever

Excessive alcohol intake

Large meals

Dehydration

Electrolyte abnormalities

Patients may be asymptomatic or present with palpitations and syncope due to arrhythmias.
