A
The governor refused to integrate schools and the national guard was sent in to pronto segregation, military intervenes to support supreme court ruling.

No several years later (several year after 1954) only 2% schools were integrated; white kids sent to private schools

in 1956 says brown Vs. Board of Education was oversep of federal authority which was signed by 4/5th of Southern house.
