A
An area which once was used for human activity (housing/factories)but has fallen into a state of disrepair and is no longer used.

A
When an area in a state of dereliction is revitalised and refused for a new economic/ social activity.

Why would Bristol’s temple quater need regeneration?
A
Crime rate,
The crime rate would be high which would not attract tourists and the crime rate would increase.
No land,
No land would result in the air pollution being high.
