Atropine

0.5 mg (up to 3 mg).
Push fast and follow it up with NS flush that is also pushed fast.

Lowers BP and lower HR
Good for tachycardia
Metrpolol and Labetolol

Adenosine
Which heart problems?
An antiarrhythmic agent - meaning it can help with achieving a better rhythm.
Give 6 mg. IV push fast then flush. Wait 1-2 min. Give 12 mg and flush fast.
Good for irregular rhythms so dysrhythmias .
Amiodarone
An anti arrhythmic agent - meaning it can help with achieving a better rhythm as well as adenosine.
Adenosine is mainly used for SVT though.
Amiodarone is the other main one.
Lidocaine
Can be an antiarythmic agent
Very similar to amiodarone
