Question 1

A new check-in needs the brief, what do you say when you hand them the paper?

Answer 1

1. You have access to CCI.
2. CCI protects large amounts of cryptographic information.
3. It is your responsibility to report any suspected or certain compromise of the CCI.
4. Do not talk about CCI to people who don’t have clearance.
5. If you willfully disclose any COMSEC material or information to unauthorized people you may be subject to prosecution under U.S. criminal law.
6. If you plan on traveling to any countries that could be considered enemies to the US, you must inform the security office to receive a brief for such travel.
7. Anyone who tries to elicit COMSEC information from you is to be reported as soon as possible.
