What investigations would you request for breathlessness?
Baseline obs - O2 sats, pulse, temp, peak flow
ABG - if sats <94% or concern of acidosis/drugs/sepsis
ECG - PE/LVH/MI
CXR
Baseline bloods - glucose, FBC, U&E, tox screen?
