What is clavicular breathing?
Lifting ribs up but not outwards so shoulders raise happens when you are tense
Where are the abdominals and what do they help with
Found in abdomen and help the movement of diagphram
Breathing in
Lungs expand and air rushes in to fill the space as muscles contract they pull the diagram down. Intercostal muscles contract
Breathing out
Diagram and rib cage return to normal shape as muscles relax
