Prolactin - nipple stimulation may decrease dopamine release & therefore increase prolactin production, stimulating milk production
Oxytocin - nipple stimulation triggers posterior pituitary to release oxytocin, which causes contraction of myoepithelial cells in breast resulting in milk ejection (let down)
