Mammogram every 3 years to woman aged 50-70 years

Who qualifies as high risk patients
A
- 1st degree relative with breast cancer under 40 years
- 1st degree male relative with breast cancer
- 1st degree relative with bilateral breast cancer, diagnosed under 50 years
- Two 1st degree relatives with breast cancer

What is offered to high risk patients
A
- Genetic counselling and pre-test counselling prior to a genetic test
- Annual mammogram, potentially starting from 30 years
- Chemoprevention
- Risk reducing bilateral masectomy or bilateral oophorectomy

What can be used for chemoprevention
A
- Tamoxifen if premenopausal
- Anastrozole if postmenopausal
