  • usually linked to mastitis which is caused by milk stasis (lactating women) or cracked nipple/infection in non lactating women

Selective Antagonist of oestrogen receptors in breast tissue for treatment of hormone receptor positive breast cancer (some cancers need oestrogen to grow so this drug blocks it)
