To enforce the Real Estate Law and the Subdivided Lands Law in a manner that offers maximum protection for persons dealing with real estate licensee and for purchasers of subdivided real property.

- the qualification of applicants and issuance of r.e. licenses
- the investigation of complaints and if needed take formal action
- investigation of non licensees allegedly performing acts where license is required
- regulation of sale or lease of subdivision interests and
- regulation of dealings in mineral, oil and gas prop and prepaid rental listing services

Serve min of 5 years as R.E. Broker active in R.E. Business in CA or 5 years related exp. associated with R.E. Activity in CA during last 10 years
