1: dilated - cardiomegaly, ischaemia heart disease
2: hypertrophic - familial ( NF; Noonan) usu norm cxr; Lt Atrial Enlargement due to mitral valve regurgitation
3: restrictive - Sarcoidosis, Amyloid, norm CXR
4; right ventricular forms - aka cor pulmonale
