Midbrain –> cavernous sinus –> superior orbital fissure –> Orbit
What route does the trochlear nerve take [IV]?
Posterior of midbrain –> Cavernous sinus –> Superior orbital fissure –> superior oblique muscle

Pons –> trigeminal ganglion –> V1, V2, V3

Trigeminal ganglion –> Superior orbital fissure –> Orbit and forehead region
