CT Scanning?

- Computerised Tomography
- Used X-ray beams
- To formulate cross-sectional slices of the body
- Cross-sectional images of the body are created by X-ray scanner going around the body and sending X-ray beams at different angels

Why would a Ct scan be used?
A
- finds location of tumor
- finds location of infection
- finds location of bone or muscle damage
- to find problems with blood flow
- diagnose conditions like cancer
- diagnose conditions like stroke
