clinical presentation
- recurrent pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain without evidence of infection
- painful urination or ejaculation
- ED
chronic prostatitis without infection

- anticholinergics

total incontinence
loss of urine associated with increase in intraabdominal pressure (cough, sneeze, exercise)
stress incontinence
people with stress incontinence do not leak in what position
supine, cause: laxity of pelvic floor musculature
chronically distended bladder recieving additional urine, so that intravesical pressure exceeds outlet pressure -> dribble
overflow incontinence
