• Debate the issue with each team member playing the role of a selected stakeholder and using his or her research to support the stakeholder’s position.
• Write a 700- to 1,050-word summary stating the argument taken by each of the stakeholders in the debate. Examine the policy-making process used in the public and private sectors. Discuss the similarities and differences of the processes between the two sectors. Be prepared to conduct a debate in class regarding your respective positions.
