Clinical presentation
A
Asymptomatic, discrete, flat papules with red/violaceous/brown color
- in women, lesions are often bilateral and symmetric in moist areas

HPV association
A
HPV 16 has been found in a high % of women with bowenoid papulosis

Tx
A
similar to genital warts (can be conservative as spontaneous regression is eventually observed)
