Important things to remember regarding Train Driving Licence and Certificate

A

Lasts for 10 years.
If forgotten request spare at sign on point.
Notify ORR if change employer.
Always carry when on duty.
Report loss or theft.
Ensure with managers they are up to date (i.e. traction & route changes).
Provide evidence of medical fitness.
Advise manager if I consider my state of health affects my ability to drive.

Alert posted after every SPAD shows train, station, depot operation. Stays for 12 weeks??

Note….multi-SPAD signals are those passed more than once in a 5 year rolling period.
