No. It’s unobtainable. Being bulletproof to everything is external that is happening to you is impossible.

Focus on the present. Your focus is your reality so find your focus.

1) Surface Level
- your body how you move talk etc.
2) Lifestyle Level
- what you do for work, your hobbies your interests
3) how you feel about yourself, your self-esteem and how you evaluate your self-worth

How do you differentiate confidence and arrogance?
Confidence is associating with your strengths and accentuating them, and NOT dissociating from weaknesses, but instead recognising them so you can improve upon them and transform them into strengths
What does Self-Esteem + Self-Efficacy = Confidence Mean?
Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself. How do you talk to yourself.
Self-efficacy is the belief in one’s capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to manage prospective situations.

Write them down and rehearse them everyday preferably in front of the mirror.
