12 x 14 feet with capacity of up to 3 tons, street alley or loading dock, normally service all floors but are slower.

3” wide, 1” high, 1/2’ thick installed every 18” underside of the door panel, that ride in tracks in the floor landing. normal hoist way doors have 2 gib blocks.

Centrifugal force governor protects against over speeding. when excess of 20% of top speed activates to stop elevators
