A

If the temperature increases mid-year then it means that warmest time of the year is in the middle of the year and therefore the place is in the northern hemisphere. Conversely, if the temperature decreases mid-year then it means that coldest time of the year is in the middle of the year and therefore the place is in the southern hemisphere. If the line is almost horizontal then the place is near the equator.
