Middle - middle bone
Distal- bone with most distance from hand
Thumb- only has two bones- proximal, distal
Lower Leg
Larger bone- tibia
Smaller bone- fibula
Ankle
Group- Taras
- Calcaneus
- Cuboid
- Navicular
- Talus
- Cuneiform bone (lateral, intermediate, medial)
Foot bones
Group- Metatarsals
Metatarsals bones
1- big toe
2- pointer
3- middle
4- ring
5- pinky toe
Toes
all has three bones except big toe bones

Lower arm bones
two bones
- Ulna- ice cream scoop
- Radius- the other
