It has many muscles attached helping leg movement.
Talus
Bears the body weight when on foot when standing and running
Part of tarsal group of bones
Vertebral column
Made up of irregular bones called vertebrae
Protects spinal cord

A sesamoid bone
Protects tendon that crosses knee by stopping it rubbing against the femur

Making blood cells - bone marrow

Used by muscles to move whole arm
Eg swing badminton racket
Ulna and radius
Used by muscles to move lower arm
Eg throw in netball

Used by muscles to move whole leg
Eg walking or running
