What is the frontal?
One bone that forms the forehead and upper eye sockets.
Where are the temporal bones?
At the side of the head around the ears.
What does the sphenoid bone do?
It forms part of the eye orbit and connects the skull to the face.
What does the ethmoid bone do?
Connects the skull to the face, houses the nerves of the eyes and separates the nasal passages.
Where is the occipital bone?
Its located at the back of the skull
Which is the only movable part of the skull and where is it located?
The mandible and it’s the lower jaw bone
What are the maxilla bones?
The form the upper part of the jaw and the soft palate of the mouth
What are the zygomatic bones?
The cheekbones
What do the nasal bones do?
They form the bridge of the nose
Where are the lacrimal bones and what do they do?
They form part of the inner eye orbit and part of the nasal passages. They house the tear ducts and these link to the nasal passages.
Where is the parietal?
Forms the main part of the top and back of skull
What are the scapula and where are they?
shoulder blades situated in the upper back
What are the palatine bones?
They form the side of the nose and the hard palate

Collagen and elastin breaks down
What is blood comprised of?
plasma, erythrocytes, leucocytes and thrombocytes
