Where do osteosarcomas arise?
The metaphysis of long bones. Most commonly the distal femur or proximal tibia.
What is the biggest cause of secondary osteosarcoma?
Malignant degeneration of Paget’s disease.
At what age does Ewing sarcoma usually present?
10-15 years old
