What is Osteoporosis?
A
A medical condition (age-related) where bones become brittle and fragile from the loss of tissue.
Usually from hormonal changes or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.

What are Osteoclasts VS Osteoblasts?
A
Osteoclasts - clearing bone
Osteoblasts - building bone - cells deposit calcium to help form bone

What are Osteocytes?
A
Mature osteoblasts that have ended their bone-forming role

What is Hyperlordosis?
A
Curved/hollow back - abdominals are lengthened and erector spinae is shortened

What is hyperkyphosis?
A
Hunched back
Pecs and upper trapezius shortened and rhomboids and lower trapezius are lengthened

A
Sideways or lateral curving of spine
