Anterior Pituitary Type
A
- Increased bone growth
- Enlargement of bony prominences
- Enlarged supraorbital ridge, broad shoulders, long and large extremities
- Big hands with long tapered fingers
- Long palms and distinctive lateral angle at the metatarsal/phalangeal joint
- Pituitary and gonads are on opposite ends of metabolic seesaw
- P-type women often have low estrogen and/or progesterone PMS symptoms

Thyroid Type
A
- Chief trait is leanness
- High metabolism
- Hands are long and thin
- Straight, rather than tapered, fingers. Often with pronounced joints
- Nails are hard and moons pronounced
- Prolific eyebrows, often meeting above the nose
- Hair is fine
- Teeth white and small
- Tend to crave sweets, coffee, juices, alcohol, etc.
- Tend to be classic hypoglycemics
- Breakfast is the most important meal
- Best on a diet high in protein and high quality fats and low in simple carbs
- Tend toward nag-type illnesses but tend to live a long time
- Arthritis, skin problems and headaches are common
- Tend toward depression
- Thyroid and adrenal are on the opposite ends of the metabolic seesaw
- Adrenal support and high quality cholesterol is often needed
- Best on an early to bed early to rise schedule

- Key characteristic is muscular development
- Hands are square with tubular fingers
- Fingers are about as long as palms
- Face tends to be triangular
- Tend to have good resistance to disease and get well quickly
- Tend to work hard play hard

- Hypo: From head to toe and is soft, fleshy, and often folds in. Most common in short G-types.
- Hyper: From hips to the ankles, not affecting the upper body, and is fairly firm
