Anterior Pituitary Type

  1. Increased bone growth
  2. Enlargement of bony prominences
  3. Enlarged supraorbital ridge, broad shoulders, long and large extremities
  4. Big hands with long tapered fingers
  5. Long palms and distinctive lateral angle at the metatarsal/phalangeal joint
  6. Pituitary and gonads are on opposite ends of metabolic seesaw
  7. P-type women often have low estrogen and/or progesterone PMS symptoms

Thyroid Type

A
  1. Chief trait is leanness
  2. High metabolism
  3. Hands are long and thin
  4. Straight, rather than tapered, fingers. Often with pronounced joints
  5. Nails are hard and moons pronounced
  6. Prolific eyebrows, often meeting above the nose
  7. Hair is fine
  8. Teeth white and small
  9. Tend to crave sweets, coffee, juices, alcohol, etc.
  10. Tend to be classic hypoglycemics
  11. Breakfast is the most important meal
  12. Best on a diet high in protein and high quality fats and low in simple carbs
  13. Tend toward nag-type illnesses but tend to live a long time
  14. Arthritis, skin problems and headaches are common
  15. Tend toward depression
  16. Thyroid and adrenal are on the opposite ends of the metabolic seesaw
  17. Adrenal support and high quality cholesterol is often needed
  18. Best on an early to bed early to rise schedule

  4. Face tends to be triangular
  5. Tend to have good resistance to disease and get well quickly

  1. Hypo: From head to toe and is soft, fleshy, and often folds in. Most common in short G-types.
  2. Hyper: From hips to the ankles, not affecting the upper body, and is fairly firm
